Haslam and Whiteway
Dealers in British 19th Century Design
Haslam and Whiteway opened in Kensington Church Street in 1971. As a leading specialist dealer in nineteenth-century British design, Michael Whiteway has advised museums and private collections across the world on their acquisitions policies for over thirty years. Today the company, run with the assistance of his gallery manager of the past fourteen years, Helen Dunstan, also organises and consults on major international museum exhibitions.
Haslam and Whiteway stock an extensive range of works by British nineteenth and early twentieth century architect designers. Protagonists of the Gothic Revival, the Aesthetic Movement and the Arts & Crafts Movement are all represented in our stock. Decorative Arts for sale include a large selection of ceramics and tiles by William De Morgan, textiles and furniture by William Morris and lighting by W. A. S. Benson.
The gallery address is 105 Kensington Church Street, London - conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate tube station. Our opening hours are 10.00 – 6.00 Monday to Friday and 10.00 – 4.00 on Saturday.
